PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive facility which is designed so that an operator performing an operation requiring a clean environment does not need to enter a clean room to perform the operation, and can easily perform the operation.SOLUTION: The front wall 5 of a clean box 2 that can form an independent space separated from the outside is formed of a flexible and transparent material, and a pair of hand insertion holes 6 are formed on the front wall 5, and sleeves 7 through which arms can pass are fitted behind the hand insertion holes 6. When hands are inserted through the hand insertion holes 6 into the box, the interior of the box can form an independent space separated from the outside. In addition, an air introduction pipe 13 for introducing temperature-adjustable air, and a valve-attached air discharge pipe for discharging air are installed in the clean box 2, and the air pressure inside the box can be adjusted. When the air pressure increases, the front wall 5 expands.
