PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image evaluation apparatus capable of presenting, to a user, an appropriate image corresponding to a psychological state by correcting an evaluation value of the image by criteria corresponding to the psychological state such as an emotional feeling, an image evaluation method and image evaluation program.SOLUTION: A smartphone 500 corrects a first evaluation value obtained from image data by biological information of a photographer and a subject acquired from a wearable terminal 1 when capturing the image data, and acquires a second evaluation value reflecting various psychological states when capturing the image. On the basis of the second evaluation value, the image evaluation apparatus can classify and present recommended images suited to the psychological states of the photographer and the subject when capturing image. Further, the image evaluation apparatus can correct a weighting coefficient of the biological information for correcting the first evaluation value in response to addition and erasure of recommended images by the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
