PURPOSE: An assembly-type wreath mounting base is provided to reduce the generation amount of waste by reusing the base, and to enable users to display rice or products instead of flowers. CONSTITUTION: An assembly-type wreath mounting base comprises the following: a front frame(10) integrated with a crossbar(11), and tilted to the rear direction； a rear frame(20) supporting the front frame for preventing the falling； a mounting frame(30) foldably installed on the front frame for mounting products； an insertion unit(50) to detachably install a decorative frame(40) for decorating flowers and ribbons on the upper side of the front frame； an insertion pipe(51) installed on one upper side of the front frame for fitting one end of the decorative frame； a flange(61) including a rotatably installed pin for firmly coupling the other end of the decorative frame； a bolt unit(62) extended from the pin； and a nut unit(64) tightening the bolt unit inserted into a coupling unit(63).본 발명은 화환을 대신하여 기증한 쌀이나 물품을 전시할 수 있고 조립식으로 제작하여 운반 및 보관이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 재사용으로 폐기물 발생을 줄이는 한편 화환 제작에 따른 비용을 절감하여 어려운 이웃에게 기부함으로써 쌀의 소비촉진 및 기부문화를 활성화할 수 있도록 한 조립식 화환 거치대를 제공하고자 한다.이를 위하여, 본 발명은 하측이 상측보다 넓게 이격되고 가로대에 의해 일체로 고정되며 후방으로 기울어진 전면 프레임과, 전면 프레임이 뒤로 넘어지지 않도록 지지하는 후면 프레임과, 후면 프레임에 의해 전면 프레임이 지지된 상태에서 기부물품을 적재할 수 있도록 전면 프레임에 접철 가능하게 장착된 적재 프레임 및, 전면 프레임 상단에 꽃이나 리본을 장식하기 위한 장식 프레임을 착탈 가능하게 설치할 수 있도록 삽입 장착부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
