During realisation of the method they set a search area for a rest interval contained in this area, at the same time the search area is the area, where there is the area of insignificant physiological or biological activity that is justified from the physiological point of view, besides, the rest interval and the medium vector arranged in this interval are determined by vectors of measured values produced in the search area, at the same time the medium vector is determined as the basis vector for calibration of the measurement device.
