PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a skin texture evaluation method by focusing on a skin inner structure and its property.SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of measuring viscoelasticity on a skin surface and a step of comparing the measured viscoelasticity with a viscoelasticity reference value. The viscoelasticity reference value is acquired from a graph indicating the relationship between the elasticity and the skin texture on the skin surface and also shows the viscoelasticity that has been measured once on the same or corresponding region of the same object. The method also includes a step of evaluating skin care from the last measurement till this time measurement.
