An agrochemical concentrate having a continuous water-containing phase said continuous phase comprising an oil-based adjuvant and an anionic aliphatic carboxylate hydrotrope where the adjuvant is present at a concentration of greater than or equal to 10% of the agrochemical concentrate by weight and is selected from fatty alcohols, fatty acids or fatty amines and simple derivatives thereof and the ratio of the adjuvant to the hydrotrope is from l:10to 10:1.
