A digital reading device with cosmetic function is disclosed. The digital reading device includes a base panel, a light-emitting panel, a driving unit and a transparency touch panel. The base panel includes a plurality of black pixels. The light-emitting panel is disposed on the base panel, and includes a plurality of green pixels. The driving unit is electrically connected to the base panel and the light-emitting panel for controlling ON/OFF of the green pixels. The transparency touch panel is disposed on the light-emitting panel for making a message composed of the black pixels being sent through to the user. A green zone is irradiated to users skin from the green pixels. Therefore, users skin can be treated with the pre-determined wavelength band for achieving a cosmetic effect while reading the message on the digital reading device.
