Also disclosed is their use in therapy, including in the treatment or prevention of cancer, a neurological disease or condition, or a viral infection. Examples of the compounds of formula I include N1-((trans)-2-phenylcyclopropyl)cyclohexane-1,4-diamine and (cis)-N1-((1S,2R)-2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)cyclopropyl)cyclohexane-1,4-diamine.
