The present invention describes a pharmaceutical form which allows the active substance to be released uniformly over an extended period of time. The pharmaceutical form comprises an emulsifier having a polyalkylene oxide structure motif. The pharmaceutical form is suitable for releasing the second active substance together with the first active substance. Even though the two active substances have completely different properties with respect to their solubility, a uniform release is achieved.
