PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a powdery composition highly containing a propolis extract which is extracted by using an alcohol or supercritical carbon dioxide, having high fluidity, and having high stability to a high temperature to provide an encapsulated preparation obtained by using the composition to provide a tablet and to provide a granular preparation.SOLUTION: A propolis extract powder is obtained by adding pantothenic acid to the propolis extract, or an extract of a plant from which the propolis is derived, in a ratio of ≤about 50%, and when freeze-drying the mixture. The obtained extract powder is prevented from forming a syrupy mass under ordinary temperature and high temperature conditions.
