PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent graft apparatus that includes primary and secondary sealing mechanisms for providing a flow path change at a sealing neck of an aneurysm repairing apparatus.SOLUTION: A fixing and sealing component 100 includes a trunk section 102, and a branch section 104 that includes two leg sections 106 and 108. A graft material 110 is attached to at least a part of the trunk section 102 and both of the leg sections 106 and 108. A blood transportation vessel for insertion into a blood vessel is produced by the combination of the graft material and a lower framework structure.
