PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket having stable slidability without applying a lubricant to a sliding surface thereof.SOLUTION: A syringe gasket of the present invention is formed so as to be slidably brought into contact with the inside of an outer cylinder of a syringe in a liquid-tight manner. The gasket includes a gasket body formed of an elastic body, and a coating layer provided at least in a portion to be brought into contact with the syringe.
