PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus having a handle structure which is not protruded from the device.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a housing 60 and an outer cover 70 for covering the housing 60. A concave 73 is formed in a side of the outer cover 70.
