PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onion processing machine for arranging onions in a second posture on a second conveying means.SOLUTION: The onion processing machine 1 includes a first conveying means 3 for setting onions T in a posture with the roots thereof downward while conveying the onions T. A second conveying means 4, which sets the onions T in a posture with the roots thereof upward while conveying the onions T, is arranged downstream of the first conveying means 3. A holding and conveying means 5 is arranged so as to be located over from the first conveying means 3 to the second conveying means 4.
