The main purpose of this new type of massage machine is to provide a control method of massage machine and air bag. It is a massage machine that can provide massage at an ideal temperature for the person being treated.To solve the problem, the massage machine (100) includes: a base part (251)； an expansion and contraction bag (252) (air bag) which is arranged in the base part (251) and can expand and contract freely； and a PTC surface heating body (256) which is arranged in the expansion and contraction bag (252) (air bag).本新型的主要目的係在於提供一種按摩機及氣囊的控制方法，其係可對被治療者，以理想的溫度提供按摩之按摩機。用以解決課題之手段為，按摩機(100)係包含有：基礎部(251)；設在基礎部(251)且可自由膨脹收縮的膨脹收縮袋(252)(氣囊)；及設在膨脹收縮袋(252)(氣囊)之PTC面狀發熱體(256)。
