The present invention relates to a vial cap with improved assemblability and usage convenience and a vial container including the same. According to the present invention, the vial cap in which a rubber stopper (40) is inserted into a vial container inlet (32) of a vial container (30), comprises: a first cap member (10) which has a plurality of opening portions (12a) for guiding provided in a top surface thereof, which has a catching and supporting portion (12b) provided on an outer circumferential surface thereof, and which includes a first elastic supporting portion (16) elastically slid on an outer surface of the vial container inlet (32) to be caught by a vial container inlet catching protrusion (36) and a second cap member (20) including catching legs (22) which are guided from the opening portions (12a) of the first cap member (10) and guide the first elastic supporting portion (16) of the first cap member (10) to an inner side of the second cap member (20) to seat the first elastic supporting portion (16) onto the vial container inlet catching protrusion (36), and which are elastically caught by the catching and supporting portion (12b) of the first cap member (10).본 발명에 의하면, 바이알 용기(30)의 바이알용기 입구(32)에 고무전(40)이 삽입되는 바이알 캡에 있어서, 상면에서 가이드를 위한 복수개의 개구부(12a)와 그 외주면에 걸림지지부(12b)를 제공하며, 바이알용기 입구(32)의 외측면을 탄성적으로 슬라이딩하여 바이알용기 입구걸림턱(36)에 걸리기 위한 제1 탄성지지부(16)을 구비한 제1 캡부재(10)와, 제1 캡부재(10)의 개구부(12a)로부터 가이드되어 제1 캡부재(10)의 제1 탄성지지부(16)를 내측으로 가이드시켜 바이알용기 입구걸림턱(36)에 안착시키며 제1 캡부재(10)의 걸림지지부(12b)에 대하여 탄성적으로 걸리도록 하기 위한 걸림 레그(22)를 포함하는 제2 캡부재(20)로 이루어지는 바이알 캡이 제공된다.
