PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch instrument for a jaw joint which is used for releasing tension of the jaw joint.SOLUTION: A stretch instrument 1 for a jaw joint has: a hollow pressing part 2 which is overall flexible, is integrally made of material harmless even in contact with the human body, and which is formed in such an almost truncated cone shape that a distal end is curved in a smooth projection shape a circular opening part 3 formed at one end of the pressing part 2 and an edge part 4 which is formed on a periphery of the opening part 3 and is for being hung on the jaw of the human body.
