PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, and a program for evaluating architectural structures by considering environmental conditions such as the quantity of solar radiation.SOLUTION: A control unit 21 of an evaluation server 20 performs a dimensionless solar radiation distribution calculation process by using the shape of a stadium and calculation conditions. The control unit 21 performs, by using acquired weather observation data, a conversion process on quantity of solar radiation of the calculated dimensionless solar radiation distribution into the quantity of solar radiation of solar radiation distribution with dimensions, and stores the result in a time series data storage unit 26.
