FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery, and can be used in neurosurgical treatment of patients with complex skull defects combined with cicatricial changes of scalp. Proposed method comprises cutting and removal of screws. An arcuate skin incision is made 1 cm from the edge of the titanium plate. A titanium plate from the soft tissues is released through the incision； the screws are unscrewed in the projection of the incision.
