The present invention relates to a method for analyzing myocardial morphological change using a bull&primes eye map segment area pattern. The method comprises the following steps: segmenting an electrocardiogram-gated cardiac CT image to form a patient specific myocardial segment model generating a bull&primes eye map of the myocardial segment model quantitatively evaluating a segment area pattern on the bull&primes eye map by using morphological boundaries in the myocardial segment model and comparing the evaluated segment area pattern with a normal pattern to evaluate the difference.
