摘要：: The present invention provides the imdazole derivatives of formula (I-IV), preparation method, the pharmaceutical composition of the compound comprising formula (I-IV) and its applications in treatment human or animal's illness. The compound of the present invention inhibits PTP 1B and it is possible thereby to is handled with what, treats, the disease that control or adjuvant treatment are mediated by PTPase activity. This kind of disease includes type-1 diabetes mellitus and type-2 diabetes mellitus.本發明提供了式(I-IV)的咪唑衍生物，其製備方法，包含式(I-IV)的化合物的藥物組合物及其在治療人或動物病症中的應用。本發明的化合物抑制蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B且由此可以用於處理，治療，控制或輔助治療由PTPase活性介導的疾病。這類疾病包括I型糖尿病和II型糖尿病。
