A pharmaceutical formulation comprising a liquid aqueous vehicle that has dissolved therein (a) a glucocorticoid of formula (I) ** (See formula) ** in which R represents furan-2-yl, or a solvate thereof , as a medicine； and (b) a solubilizing agent to aid in the solubilization of the medicament in the liquid aqueous vehicle in which the solubilizing agent is a surfactant selected from the group consisting of a polymer of α- [4- (1,1,3 , 3-tetramethylbutyl) phenyl] -ω- hydroxypoly (oxy-1,2-ethanediyl) (also known as an octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol) in which the number of repeating units in the polymer α- [4- (1,1,3 , 3-tetramethylbutyl) phenyl] -ω-hydroxypoly (oxy-1,2-ethanediyl) is 7-70 and a polymer of 4- (1,1,3,3-Tetramethylbutyl) phenol with formaldehyde and oxirane.Una formulación farmacéutica que comprende un vehículo acuoso líquido que se ha disuelto en el mismo (a) un glucocorticoide de fórmula (I) **(Ver fórmula)** en la que R representa furan-2-ilo, o un solvato del mismo, como un medicamento； y (b) un agente de solubilización para ayudar a la solubilización del medicamento en el vehículo acuoso líquido en el que el agente de solubilización es un surfactante seleccionado del grupo que consiste en un polímero de α-[4-(1,1,3,3-tetrametilbutil)fenil]-ω- hidroxipoli(oxi-1,2-etanodiilo) (también conocido como un octilfenoxipolietoxietanol) en el que el número de unidades de repetición en el polímero α-[4-(1,1,3,3-tetrametilbutil)fenil]-ω-hidroxipoli(oxi-1,2-etanodiilo) es 7-70 y un polímero de 4-(1,1,3,3-Tetrametilbutil)fenol con formaldehído y oxirano.
