PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coloring cellulose plate-shaped powders which can be expected to provide a good coloring, a gloss, and a wrinkles shading-off effect, and to provide a cosmetic containing the coloring cellulose plate-shaped powders.SOLUTION: The coloring cellulose plate-shaped powder is obtained by coating the surface of a cellulose plate-shaped powder having a mean particle diameter in the range of 3-30 μm with inorganic oxide particles or inorganic hydroxide particles in a range of 0.01-60 mass%. By combining the coloring cellulose plate-shaped powder obtained thereby into a cosmetic preparation, a cosmetic having a good coloring, a gloss, and a wrinkles shading-off effect is obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】発色が良好で、光沢があり、しわぼかし効果が期待できる着色セルロース板状粉体を提供し、併せてその着色セルロース板状粉体を含有してなる化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】平均粒子径が3μm~30μmの範囲にあるセルロース板状粉体の表面に、無機酸化物粒子或いは無機水酸化物粒子を0.01質量%~60質量%の範囲で被覆して着色セルロース板状粉体を得る。こうして得られた着色セルロース板状粉体を化粧料に配合することで、発色が良好で、光沢があり、しわぼかし効果が期待できる化粧料を得る。【選択図】なし
