PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogel particles having a good use feeling.SOLUTION: The hydrogel particles are equipped with a non-crosslinked type hydrogel continuous phase and dispersed phases dispersing in the continuous phase. Each of the dispersed phases contains solid fat and liquid oil as oily components, and also dispersing titanium oxide particles at its inside. The solid fat in the oily components contains a higher alcohol and solid paraffin, and also has 1 to 12 mass% content in the dispersed phases.
