The purpose of the present invention is to provide a medical image processing system for acquiring a projection image necessary for a basic inspection on the basis of an image photographed for tomosynthesis and transmitting a tomographic image of a region of interest, a method therefor, and a computer-readable recording medium in which a program for implementing the method is recorded.
