PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culvert-forming implement including an extending member capable of repeating forced extending and returning turning right and left alternately from one extended position facing to one lateral side in the forward direction through an unextended position facing to the rear in the forward direction to the other extended position facing to the other lateral side in the forward direction and from the other extended position facing to the other lateral side in the forward direction through the unextended position facing to the rear in the forward direction to the one extended position facing to the one lateral side in the forward direction with an alternate extending mechanism, and forming a vertical opening passage opening to the ground surface in a scattered state.
SOLUTION: The culvert-forming implement is obtained by installing the alternate extending mechanism 16 for forcedly extending, returning and turning the extending member 15 right and left alternately from the one extended position G facing to the one lateral side in the forward direction through the unextended position K facing to the rear in the forward direction to the other extended position Q facing to the other lateral side in the forward direction and from the other extended position facing to the other lateral side in the forward direction through the unextended position facing to the rear in the forward direction to the one extended position facing to the one lateral side in the forward direction.
