PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit for detecting the ovarian cancer including malignancy thereof through alteration in the genomic structure in ovarian cancer as an index.SOLUTION: It is found that the detection of the ovarian cancer, including malignancy thereof can be carried out through alteration in the genomic structure in the ovarian cancer as the index. Furthermore, it is found that the growth of the ovarian cancer can be suppressed, by recovering inactivation of genes in the ovarian cancer.
