The present invention relates to a method and device for predicting cardiac arrhythmia using a body surface cumulative potential, which can diagnose and predict cardiac arrhythmia at the beginning. More specifically, the method for predicting cardiac arrhythmia, comprises: a step of amplifying a signal outputted from an electrode mesh where n (n is a natural number) electrodes are arranged in a two-dimensional form to be outputted as a plurality of output potentials; a step of selecting any one among the output potentials as a reference potential to set differences between the reference potential and each of the output potential as active potentials per electrode; a step of defining cumulative potentials of the active potentials per electrode during a basic cycle length as AP_(1cycle) = ∫^T_0 mVdt (dt = sampling cycle) to calculate the cumulative potentials; and a step of defining an average potential as AP_i = AP_(1cycle)/sampling rate(Hz) (i = an electrode number, AP_(1cycle) = a cumulative potential of a corresponding electrode) to calculate the average potential.심장 부정맥 예측방법은, n(n은 자연수)개의 복수의 전극이 2차원 형태로 배열된 전극 메쉬에서 출력되는 신호를 증폭하여 복수의 출력전위로서 출력하는 단계와, 복수의 출력전위 중 어느 하나의 전위를 기준전위로 선택하여 기준전위와 각 출력전위의 차이를 각 전극별 활동전위로서 설정하는 단계와, 한 주기의 자극주기(Basic Cycle length) 동안의 각 전극별 활동전위의 누적전위를 AP1cycle= (dt=샘플링 주기)로서 정의하고 산출하는 단계와, 평균전위를 APi= (i= 전극 번호, AP1cycle= 해당 전극의 누적전위)로서 정의하고 산출하는 단계를 포함한다.
