The present invention relates to an excrement discharging floor frame for livestock sheds, which comprises: a plurality of vertical walls (10, 10′) parallel and formed of concrete materials； and a connection unit (20) connecting a gap between the vertical walls (10, 10′) to be away from each other by a predetermined width. An upper end of the vertical walls (10, 10′) has mounting units (12, 12′) for mounting a punched floor plate (2). The connection unit (20) forms a sludge collecting unit (22) formed as a ditch convex downwardly in the longitudinal direction in order to collect excrement dropped from the punched floor plate (2). A discharging port (24) having a discharging pipe (3) connected thereto penetrates downwardly on the bottom of the sludge collecting unit (22). Accordingly, the excrement of livestock is processed at once after being collected in the sludge collecting unit (22) and conveyed to an excrement processing facility not shown in the specification through the discharging pipe (3).
