PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair fixing device wherein stability can be maintained even when a lock function of a drive device fails.SOLUTION: The wheelchair fixing device includes: wires 2a-2d pulling a wheelchair drums 3a-3d winding up and paying out the wires drum turning gears 4a-4d connected with the drums and drive devices 7a, 7b having a function of turning the drums through the drum turning gears and locking the turns of the drum turning gears in time of a drive stop. The respective drive devices turn the drum turning gears such that the wires 2a, 2c installed in the front of the wheelchair and the wires 2b, 2d installed in the rear are simultaneously wound.
