According to an embodiment of the present invention, the arrangement structure of an exhaust gas after-treatment device for a combine, with respect to a structure for arranging and mounting an exhaust gas after-treatment device for purifying engine exhaust gas of a combine in an engine (10) and a main frame (20), comprises: a PM reduction device having exhaust gas discharged from the engine (10) introduced thereinto, and disposed adjacent to an upper portion of the engine (10) to be fixated on a vehicle body frame around the engine (10); and a NOx reduction device (120) connected to the PM reduction device (110) through a connection pipe (30) to introduce the exhaust gas passing through the PM reduction device (110), and disposed on an upper portion of the main frame (20) in the forward and rearward direction to be fixated on the main frame (20) by using a fixing member (130).
