Each treatment cycle may include contacting thekeratinized tissue with anacid-activated gas-generating composition. Each treatment cycle may includecontacting thekeratinized tissue with an acid composition. Each treatment cycle may includeallowing the acidcomposition and the acid-activated gas-generating composition to reacteffective to generate agas at the keratinized tissue.
