The present invention relates to a method to measure a subjective anxiety degree by using a root mean square successive difference (RMSSD). The method includes: a step (1) of receiving an electrocardiogram (ECG) signal for a predetermined time a step (2) of converting the received signal into heart rate variability (HRV) a step (3) of measuring a square root RMSSD of an average value of a square number of a difference between RR interval values through spectrum analysis from the HRV and a step (4) of determining a higher subjective anxiety degree as the measured RMSSD value gets smaller than the average value by comparing the measured RMSSD value to an average value in a comparison group. The present invention is capable of objectively evaluating a subjective anxiety degree of a general person, and using the same as an objective index for a large scale stress selection test or mood disorder high-risk group selection test.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 RMSSD를 이용한 주관적 우울 증상도 측정 방법에 관한 것으로, (1) 미리 설정된 시간 동안 심전도(Electrocardiogram ECG) 신호를 수신하는 단계 (2) 상기 수신된 신호를 심박변이도(Heart Rate Variability HRV)로 변환하는 단계 (3) 상기 변환된 심박 변이도(HRV)에서 스펙트럼 분석을 통해 연속된 박동과 박동의 간격(RR interval) 값의 차이를 제곱한 수의 평균값의 제곱근 RMSSD를 측정하는 단계 및 (4) 측정된 RMSSD 값을 대조군의 평균값과 비교하여 측정된 RMSSD 값이 상기 평균값보다 적을수록 주관적 불안도가 높은 것으로 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주관적 불안도 증상 측정 방법이다. 본 발명은 일반인의 주관적인 불안증상 정도를 객관적으로 평가할 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 대규모 스트레스 선별검사, 또는 기분장애 고위험군 선별검사에 객관적인 지표로 활용이 가능하다.
