PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raft for seaweed bed capable of constructing a rich fishing place by reclaiming a seaweed bed resembling a shallow seashore.SOLUTION: The raft for seaweed bed includes: a walkable corridor 2 made of timbers or bamboos such as thinned bamboo materials, logs or wooden plates； beneath the corridor 2, at least one or more seaweed bed-forming layer 4 made by horizontally laying at appropriate intervals a plurality of such timbers or half-split bamboos with the split surfaces turned upward； and lighting openings 3 formed by gradually reducing their areas from the corridor 2 to the seaweed bed-forming layer 4 as the lowermost layer.
