The method comprises: firstly, manually marking a position of an acupuncture point (10) on a body of a user according to human body (1) acupoints seating the user marked with an acupuncture point (10) on a measurement chair (11) attaching at least one mark (12) corresponding to the position of the acupuncture point (10) on the body of the user onto the back of the measurement chair (11), and after the attachment is completed, the user leaving the measurement chair (11) shooting the mark (12) on the measurement chair (11) as a picture by using an image acquisition apparatus (13), and transmitting the picture to a processing apparatus (14) the processing apparatus (14) performing pattern recognition and calculating relevant coordinates of a centre point of a contour line between each mark (12) and the plane of a chair cushion, and transmitting coordinates of all acupuncture points to a controller of an automatic positioning apparatus (22) and the controller moving a massage element (224) of the automatic positioning apparatus (22) according to a sequence set on the coordinates, so as to perform acupoint treatment.
