PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that can perform efficient image transmission with a simple configuration when a radiographic device transmits a radiation image to a system control device.SOLUTION: A radiographic device comprises: a flat panel sensor 112 that generates an X-ray image (radiation image) by detecting an incident radiation and an intra photographic device control unit 115 that receives, from an image processing and system control device 130, image acquisition size setting information determining an image acquisition size when the image processing and system control device 130 obtains an X-ray image through communication with an X-ray photographic device 110, determines whether or not it is possible to transmit the X-ray image to the image processing and system control device 130 by the above-described image acquisition size on the basis of the data processing unit of an image communication protocol related to communication with the image processing and system control device 130, and notifies the image processing and system control device 130 of the result of the determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】放射線撮影装置からシステム制御装置に放射線画像を送信する際に、簡易な構成で、効率的な画像送信を行える仕組みを提供する。【解決手段】入射した放射線を検出してX線画像(放射線画像)を生成するフラットパネルセンサ112と、画像処理・システム制御装置130から、画像処理・システム制御装置130がX線撮影装置110との通信によってX線画像を取得する際の画像取得サイズを定めた画像取得サイズ設定情報を受信し、画像処理・システム制御装置130との通信に係る画像通信プロトコルのデータ処理単位に基づいて上述の画像取得サイズでX線画像を画像処理・システム制御装置130に送信可能か否かを判定し、当該判定の結果を画像処理・システム制御装置130に通知する撮影装置内制御部115を備える。【選択図】図1
