The present invention provides an orally disintegrating film formulation comprising combination of pullulan and polyvinyl pyrrolidone as tadalafil and a film-forming agent, and as an active ingredient. The orally disintegrating film formulation of the present invention does not represent buccal absorption, which can be manufactured as medicine so as to represent tadalafil-containing tablet and bioequivalence. In addition, the orally disintegrating film formulation of the present invention represents excellent stability.본 발명은 활성성분으로서 타다라필 및 필름 형성제로서 풀루란과 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 조합을 포함하는 구강 붕해형 필름 제제를 제공한다. 본 발명의 구강 붕해형 필름 제제는 구강 흡수(buccal absorption)를 나타내지 않으며, 타다라필-함유 정제와 생물학적 동등성을 나타내도록 제제화될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 구강 붕해형 필름 제제는 우수한 안정성을 나타낸다.
