The endoscope system carrying portion is provided with a trolley storage portion for accommodating a trolley which is used for carrying medical equipment including at least an endoscope driving apparatus. By means of accommodating the trolley in the trolley storage portion of the endoscope system carrying portion, the various wires on the trolley which were originally messy are hidden so as to increase the integrity of the entire endoscope system carrying portion.
