Provided is a drug delivery device (1) which delivers a drug between a syringe barrel (6) and a drug container (2), wherein a needle member which is inserted into a stopper portion (4) of the drug container (2) is less likely to fall out of the stopper portion (4) by virtue of the innovative shape of the needle member. This drug delivery device (1) is provided with a first member (8) connected to the drug container (2) on the side of the stopper (4), and a second member (34) connected at one end to the first member (8) and connected at the other end to the syringe barrel (6). The first member (8) has a first hollow needle member (12) which comprises a tip portion (14) arranged facing the drug container (2) on the side of the stopper (4) and a base portion (16) arranged facing the second member (34), which has an inner diameter greater than the outer diameter of the second hollow needle member (38), and which has holes in the base potion (16) and the tip portion (14) for delivering the drug. The body portion (18) of the first hollow needle member (12) has a constricted shape. The second member (34) has a second hollow needle member (38) which comprises a tip portion (40) arranged facing the first member (8) and a base portion (42) arranged facing the syringe barrel (6), and which has holes in the base potion (42) and the tip portion (40) for delivering the drug.
