The two openings permit the bottling, as well as the reconstitution or dilution and the administering in metered doses of pharmaceutical compositions and bioproducts that can be administered intranasally. These pharmaceutical compositions or bioproducts require the ingredients thereof to be reconstituted or diluted prior to use. The invention is based on the general structure of pharmaceutical vial bottles with one opening, but with the innovative addition of a second opening.
