PURPOSE: A smoke eliminating, deodorizing, and dust eliminating apparatus for roasting coffee beans is provided to combust smoke, odor, and fine dust generated from a coffee bean roasting process using flame. CONSTITUTION: A smoke eliminating, deodorizing, and dust eliminating apparatus for roasting coffee beans includes an exhaust pipe(30), a bracket, a thermal insulating material(41), an eliminator, and a burner(42). The exhaust pipe is in connection with an eliminator. An outer exhaust pipe(33) is spaced apart from the exhaust pipe. A part of inner exhaust pipe(31) is exposed through one end part of the outer exhaust pipe. The bracket is combined with the outer circumference of the inner exhaust pipe and the inner circumference of the outer exhaust pipe. The eliminator is installed between a blower(21) and the exhaust pipe. The burner emits flame toward the inside of the eliminator.본 발명은 연기나 냄새, 분진 등을 연소시켜 대기중으로 오염물질이 배기되는 것을 최소화하며 배기가스의 온도를 냉각시켜 배기할 수 있도록 하는 커피원두 볶음용 탈연 탈취 분진 제거장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 이중 구조로 형성된 내부에 단열재가 사방으로 삽입된 제거기를 블로어와 배기관의 사이에 설치하고, 상기 제거기의 내부로 화염을 분사하는 버너를 설치하여, 상기 수집기를 통과한 연기, 냄새, 미세분진이 제거기 내에서 버너의 화염으로 연소 과정을 거쳐 완전연소하여 대기중에 오염물질의 배기가 최소화되도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하여； 커피원두를 가열하며 볶을 때 발생하는 연기, 냄새, 미세분진을 불꽃으로 연소시켜 대기중으로 오염물질이 최소화로 배기될 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
