PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument which is superior in operability and intensity while maintaining a non-invasiveness with less part dropout and easier step for changing the instrument shape.SOLUTION: A surgical instrument 1 disclosed in Claim 1 of the present invention includes: a main shaft part 2 a first grip part 3 having pinching members which are overlapped each other and can be opened and closed a bent part 41 for folding the first grip part 3 with regard to the main shaft part 2 and a pair of second grip parts 4 disposed at both sides of the bent part 41. In this case, the second grip parts include pinching members which are overlapped each other and can be opened and closed.
