The present invention relates to a medical bed having a mobile bed board. The medical bed mainly comprises a primary bedstead and a mobile bed board mounted on the primary bedstead, in which the primary bedstead has a front end and a rear end each provided with a guide rail frame and a lateral side to which an electric controller is mounted. The mobile bed board is provided with a rolling bed cloth thereon and the front and rear ends of the mobile bed board are each provided with a guide rail block. The guide rail blocks are located near lateral side of the mobile bed board. The guide rail blocks of the mobile bed board are installed in the guide rail frames provided at the front and rear ends of the primary bedstead, such that the mobile bed board can move laterally on the primary bedstead toward one side.
