PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet containing pitavastatin calcium excellent in light stability without containing tar pigment.SOLUTION: This tablet includes pitavastatin calcium, diiron trioxide and an additive, which produces less than 1.9% pitavastatin-related substances after exposed to light of 5,000 lx illuminance for 240 hours. Preferable amount of diiron trioxide is 40-150 wt.% to the pitavastatin calcium.
