nanostructured pharmaceutical composition containing dilapiol for topical administration in the treatment of skin infections. the present invention consists of a nanoemulsion formulation containing an essential oil of piper aduncum, not only as active but as a constituent of the formulation, containing high concentrations of dilapiol, an antifungal active not yet used in pharmacotherapy, for topical application in cutaneous lesions caused by the fungus dermatophyte trichophyton rubrum, aimed at combating the fungus in question and treating the symptoms of such infection, but not restricted to this use, and may also include the treatment of wounds from cutaneous leishmaniasis, other fungal or bacterial infections. the proposed formulation presents a different behavior when compared to conventional compositions, with regard to the biological availability of the main compound with antifungal activity. the formulation was designed in order to stabilize the volatilization of the asset and increase skin permeation, standing out from conventional nanoemulsions.composição farmacêutica nanoestruturada contendo dilapiol para administração tópica no tratamento de infecções cutâneas. a presente invenção consiste em uma formulação de nanoemulsão contendo um óleo essencial de piper aduncum, não apenas como ativo mas como constituinte da formulação, contendo altas concentrações de dilapiol, ativo antifúngico ainda não utilizado na farmacoterapia, para aplicação tópica nas lesões cutâneas causadas pelo fungo dermatófito trichophyton rubrum, visando ao combate do fungo em questão e o tratamento dos sintomas de tal infecção, mas não restrito a este uso, podendo compreender também o tratamento de feridas oriundas de leishmaniose cutânea, outras infecções fúngicas ou bacterianas. a formulação proposta apresenta comportamento diferenciado quando comparado às composições convencionais, no que diz respeito à disponibilização biológica do principal composto com atividade antifúngica. a for
