The provided continuous steamer comprises: a steam chamber including an insertion hopper provided at one upper portion and having an openable tubular shape； a transfer unit rotatably installed in the steam chamber, and cooking dough by transferring the dough inserted through the insertion hopper and then exposing the dough to high temperature and high pressure steam during the transfer； a first driving unit connected to the transfer unit and providing rotatory force to the transfer unit； and a steam supply unit installed at an end portion of the transfer unit and supplying high temperature and high pressure steam to the transfer unit.
