Disclosed is a hand piece that is configured to inject a high-pressure fluid and is capable of adjusting a high-pressure fluid injection amount. The disclosed hand piece includes: a head unit that has an injection nozzle which is capable of injecting a fluid at a high pressure； and a switching unit that is capable of adjusting a flow rate of the fluid which is supplied to the head unit. The switching unit includes: a switch body where a roller receiving groove is formed on one side of an outer circumferential surface； a fluid tube that is connected to the head unit through the roller receiving groove so as to supply the fluid to the injection nozzle and is formed of an elastic material； a roller that is received in the roller receiving groove and pressurizes the fluid tube to close the fluid tube when an external force is applied； and a dial that surrounds the switch body and has a roller contact portion formed at a part of an inner circumferential surface for contact with the roller.
