CONSTITUTION: A method for inducing differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into vascular endothelial cells comprises a step of treating the DNA-PK inhibitor to mesenchymal stem cells. The DNA-PK inhibitor is a compound of chemical formula 1. The compound of chemical formula 1 is 1-(2-hydroxy-4-mopolynophenyl)ethanon. The mesenchymal stem cells are prepared from bone marrow, tissue, embryo, umbilical cord blood, blood, or body fluid.
