The present invention relates to a small and manual thresher which is used for threshing grains in a small amount for breeding, seeding, conducting a statistical survey on crop damage caused by natural disasters such as lodging and pest. A side frame of the small and manual thresher is divided into an upper plate and a lower plate. The upper plate and the lower plate are hinged to be folded and unfolded by a hinge. Two reinforcing bars are detachably attached to the upper plate part and the lower plate part to prevent to the upper plate part and the lower plate part from being folded. The height of the thresher can be reduced and thus the small and manual thresher can be carried and contained in a truck of a vehicle.본 발명은 도복, 병충해 등의 자연재해에 의해 농작물이 피해를 입어, 통계조사용으로 적은 양의 곡물을 탈곡할 때 또는 육종재배곡이나 종자채취곡 등 적은 양의 곡물을 탈곡할 때 사용되는 수동식 소형 탈곡기에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 수동식 소형 탈곡기는 2개의 사이드 프레임(120) 사이에 탈곡된 곡물의 배출을 안내하는 슈트판(110)이 배치되고, 슈트판(110)의 상부에 다수개의 탈곡편(131)이 장착된 회전드럼(130)이 배치되고, 회전드럼(130)의 축(132)에 장착된 종동 스프라켓(133)과 사이드 프레임(120)에 회전 가능하게 장착된 샤프트(140)의 구동 스프라켓(141)이 체인(142)에 의해 연결되고, 구동 스프라켓(141)에 커넥팅 로드(144)의 일단이 연결되고, 커넥팅 로드(144)의 타단이 페달 부재(145)에 장착되며, 회전드럼(130)을 커버하도록 커버(150)가 사이드 프레임(120)에 장착되고, 사이드 프레임(120)이 상판부(121)와 하판부(122)로 구분되고, 상판부(121)의 하단과 하판부(122)의 상단이 경첩(123)에 의해 연결되며, 경첩(123)에 의해 하판부(122)가 접히거나 펴질 수 있고, 상판부(121)의 앞면(121a)과 하판부(122)의 앞면(122a)에 제 1 보강대(160)가 분리 가능하게 장착되고, 상판부(121)의 뒷면(121b)과 하판부(122)의 뒷면(122b)에 제 2 보강대(170)가 분리 가능하게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
