Patients with traumatic brain injury (ex. Stroke, internal cerebral hemorrhage etc.) would have different syndromes such as motor dysfunction, abnormal sensation, speech disability and visual problems. However, in the field of motor dysfunction, there is still lack of assistive technology to improve the hand function of the affected side of those patients. The purpose of this product is to reduce hyper flexion and extension deficit of wrist and fingers of patients with traumatic brain injury by specialized spring and wire. It can improve the hand function and living ability of users.
